Scandals, Wild Nights, and the US Navy In Japan

We visit Yokosuka, the huge US naval base just outside Tokyo, to look at the many kinds of trouble that US sailors onshore, Japanese women, and even visitors can get into. The US bases do keep Japan safe from China and North Korea - and the exciting cultural mix around the base sure makes for a fun night out ….but sometimes things can go horribly wrong.
