Copy Cat

I guess I got into the game to make cat videos.

Netflix has just released a new documentary series called Cat People. Episode 3, Copy Cat, was filmed in Japan. The episode is about Sachi, an artist who creates wakuneco pieces. Wakuneco is a cat doll within a frame. From my perspective it is something like a 3D picture of a cat.

Copy Cat was directed by Ivan Kovac. An Australian of Argentinean descent. Not important but helped with the bonding between a director and a cinematographer de la misma descendencia.

I highly recommend watching the episode in its original Japanese language with subtitles. If you must listen to the dubbed version then learn Spanish and check it out in the Spanish Latin American voice over :)
