Mar Del Plata

Drinking red wine, below red skies
I wake up in the morning and stare at the sunrise
In a place where lies, my redemptive pride
Along side my humble heart when I stare into God’s eyes
Faith is not proud, nor even spoken aloud
It shines like the warmth of orange clouds
What can I accomplish when I believe in bets beyond the flesh
It surprises me like lightening bolts striking through a sunset
I lived personal floods and lucky to survive my own reckon
Blessed to look up and see rainbows spilling through a pink heaven
Love I am on my way
By a hail storm I lost my way
Out the window of a plane, I watch a full moon set
On the other side the morning light burns off my debt
Down to the last cents
And it’s starting to make sense
A new moon appears as I exit the tent
My body is not mine but a celestial rent
Amor I am on my way
I found my way
Accept me like arctic waves on a summer day
Mar Del Plata is where I learned to play
