The Car Your Cat Will Love

In this concept video, we take on the challenge of creating a consistent, recurring character in AI-generated video — difficult with the current set of tools. Inspired by a dear colleague’s obsession with the rugged charm of the UAZ, we set out to make a concept commercial that blends off-road grit with unexpected softness: a UAZ lovingly redesigned to be comfortable… for cats. What started as a quirky idea quickly became a deep dive into the limitations and possibilities of character consistency in AI video generation for both humans and cats. Across multiple scenes, we attempted to maintain visual continuity not only for the vehicle but also for its feline passengers.
