I had the lucky opportunity to be part of the groundbreaking series 'Limitless with Chris Hemsworth.' However, due to the travel restrictions imposed by the pandemic, Chris Hemsworth was unable to join us in Japan for the filming of the Shugendo Monk episode. As the drone pilot for the second unit and the second AC for the camera crew, one of our memorable shoots took us to Japan, where we documented the fascinating rituals of the Shugendo Monks.

These rituals, such as standing under a waterfall of melted snow that can induce heart failure due to its extreme cold, showcased how confronting fear and enduring challenges can fortify one's mindset. Despite Chris Hemsworth's absence in Japan, the episode remained a riveting exploration of regenerating damage, maximizing strength, building resilience, supercharging memory, and confronting mortality. Working alongside spiritual practitioners who pushed their boundaries, we aimed to inspire viewers to lead healthier, thoughtful lives.
