Does the photograph deliver a particular emotion to the viewer as a result of the photographer's intuitive connection with the subject, and does it become an experience? Not all images and subject matter offers or possesses those qualities but it's imperative for the photographer to strive and incorporate them into their work.

The Photographer DNA (pDNA) Assessment Tool is an exercise in identification. The goal is to get a snapshot of the characteristics you currently possess that will most likely impact your potential as a professional photographer.

Super Sentai, better known in America as Power Rangers, was the quintessential live action superhero show for kids back in the early 90s. The show had cool looking teenagers, futuristic ninja costumes, martial arts, giant robots and invading aliens. All the elements to get kids my age in front of the tv screen. 

Grappling tournaments are the ultimate way to test your abilities in jujitsu, wrestling, and judo. I have not had the pleasure of testing myself in a tournament since college. So signing up for this tournament, I felt, would motivate me to focus on the ground game.
